One Clear Hourly Rates
£95 - First Hour includes:
- Travel within my standard service area
- Up to 1 hour of one to one IT support
- Patient, personal help at your own pace
- Everything explained clearly, without technical jargon
£20 - Each Additional 15 Minutes (or part thereof)
- If more time is needed, my IT support simply continues at this rate.
A Few Things to Know
Payment:
- Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. I'll provide payment details after your appointment.
Standard Service Area:
- Travel within my standard service area is included in the £95 first hour rate. My standard service area generally covers locations around 7–10 miles from Weybridge, depending on the direction and journey. Locations further away may be available with a travel surcharge. London and surrounding areas are considered separately. Any applicable surcharge will always be confirmed before booking.
Additional Work
- If I discover that additional work is needed, I'll explain what is required and any additional cost before continuing.
Parts & Purchases:
- Any parts, equipment or third-party services required are charged separately. I will always discuss these with you before purchasing anything.
